Licensed Professional Counselor in Fort Worth, Texas

Welcome

Asking for help is a sign of strength.

Maybe you’re feeling disconnected from yourself or from the people you care about, even though you’re doing your best to hold things together. Many individuals and couples I work with describe feeling stuck in familiar cycles. Arguments that go nowhere, emotional distance, or an ongoing sense of stress that never fully lets up. Often there’s a sense that something important isn’t being said or understood, but it’s hard to know where to start.

Through my work with individuals and couples, I’ve learned that lasting change happens when we understand the patterns shaping our emotions and relationships, not just managing symptoms. Therapy becomes a space to slow down, make sense of those patterns, and build more clarity, connection, and resilience, both internally and with one another.

Why Therapy Works

Therapy is one of the most effective tools we have for navigating life’s challenges. Decades of research confirm that it helps people move through hardships, overcome obstacles, and discover deeper meaning in their lives and relationships.

I use an integrative approach tailored to what you need. Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I’ll help you recognize and shift thought patterns that keep you stuck. Through Person-Centered Therapy, we’ll create a collaborative space where your experiences and insights guide our work. For couples, I incorporate the Gottman Method—an evidence-based approach that strengthens communication, repairs conflict patterns, and rebuilds emotional connection.

My goal isn’t just to help you feel better in the moment. It’s to equip you with skills like emotional resilience and self-compassion that will serve you long after our sessions end—so you can navigate future challenges with greater ease and live more fully.
